Mr. Morrissey is a partner in our firm and practices in both state and federal courts in areas including sexual torts, negligence, commercial litigation and the defense of discrimination claims in both employment law and the field of aviation. He is experienced in trial practice and appellate work and has represented clients including Fortune 100 companies and small business partners. Prior to coming to the firm, Mr. Morrissey worked as a law clerk at the Appellate Division, First Department.

Mr. Morrissey ia a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association (member of Labor and Employment Law committee) and the Defense Research Institute.

When not practicing law, Mr. Morrissey's volunteer activities include legal services to the Robert L. Sweeney Memorial Foundation, which works in conjunction with Good Shepard Hospice, to offer semi-annual bereavement camps to the children and families of recent hospice clients. Brian lives with his wife and three children in Suffolk County, NY.
