Mr. Gallagher's practice involves general liability litigation with a focus in the areas of products liability, construction, intellectual property and aviation related matters. Notably, Mr. Gallagher is a member of the firm's team representing multiple defendants in the September 11th litigation pending in New York's Southern District. Mr. Gallagher is a graduate of the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section National Trial Academy (2006) and presently serves on the Board of Directors for the St. John's University School of Law Alumni Association for Nassau County. Mr. Gallagher is also an active member of the Defense Research Institute ("DRI") and was recently selected to serve on the Young Lawyers Steering Committee (2007-2008). Mr. Gallagher has also served as the DRI Aerospace Committee Liaison and Vice-Liaison Chair (2004-2008) and as Liaison Chair for the DRI Young Lawyers Construction Law Committee (2005-2006).
