Mr. Mc Mahon, a former arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, having traveled extensively throughout the continents of Asia, Europe, North and South America, possesses over 40 years of experience in Marine and Casualty Law. He has handled both Casualty and Marine matters, including accidents and losses involving dry cargo ships, tanker ships and off-shore oil drilling rigs for companies such as Texaco, Mobil Corporation, Trinidad Corporation and Universe Tankships. Mr. McMahon is also experienced in accident and personal injury litigation arising out of various hotel chain properties including the Princess Hotels and Resorts, Le Meridien, Sheraton, and Westin Hotel operations. He is a former lecturer at the College of Insurance on the subjects of marine protection and indemnity policy and defense of marine wrongful death and personal injury claims. At present, Mr. McMahon is involved in the practice of corporate and insurance personal injury defense.
