Mike Bojbasa concentrates in the areas of products liability, labor and employment law, premises liability and aviation related matters. Currently, he is a member of the firm’s team involved in representing defendants in the consolidated litigation arising out of the events of September 11th.
At the Hofstra University School of Law he was a research editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal. Mr. Bojbasa also participated in the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) program, dealing extensively with trial techniques and procedures.
Despite his professional endeavors, Mr. Bojbasa still finds time for his athletic pursuits, which he had excelled in at both the college and high school levels. Currently, he plays soccer for semi-pro team which participates in both league and tournament play in the tri-state area. |
