Bob Faller began his career as a law clerk to a federal district court judge, where he first learned to love the law. The experience of thirty years as an active litigation practitioner in the federal and state courts of New York has served only to cement that passion. Through many trials and arbitrations in commercial disputes, construction cases, product liability matters, and a broad range of tort cases; to numerous appeals in a myriad range of matters; to countless briefs and motion arguments; to a wide variety of mediations and settlement conferences, Mr. Faller has maintained a consistent dedication to the service of the firm’s clients and an undying belief in the integrity of the legal profession.
There is recognition by Mr. Faller that this modern age of dispute resolution often demands creativity in order first to identify and then to meet the needs of a client in a particular matter. Mr. Faller possesses experience and skills borne of years of litigation practice, and he has the continuing thirst for knowledge that generates the ability to be creative. The success of Mr. Faller in handling litigation matters from the simple to the complex since 1977 is the reflection of a fervent desire always to serve the best interests of the client, and also of the pride that Mr. Faller takes in his work and in his profession.
Mr. Faller is active in the International Association of Defense Counsel and the American Inns of Court. He spent many years as a coach of youth baseball, basketball and soccer, is a former president of the Mineola Athletic Association, and remains an avid sports fan. In his leisure time, he is a fan of books that educate and movies that entertain.
