Our attorneys' experience includes many thousands of hours of flight time in general aviation and commercial aircraft, multi-district and Section 1404 consolidation litigation and trials, regulatory counseling, and aircraft financing/leasing. The Firm has consistently represented our aviation clients in cases involving the "cutting-edge" liability and damage issues arising from common law, international treaties and otherwise. The Firm currently is representing several defendants in the consolidated litigation arising out of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
