Our cases have involved roadway and sewer construction, office buildings, power plants, municipal projects, and residential construction, and we have represented owners, managing agents and professional consultants and contractors. We have issued many opinion letters with respect to contractual disputes on construction projects. We are regularly involved in the mediation and arbitration process, which can often resolve such disputes in a more expeditious and less expensive manner, but we remain experienced and aggressive trial attorneys when that is the forum best suited to the client's needs. As with all our Practice Areas, we keep fully abreast of the applicable law, which among other issues in this area means that we are knowledgeable with respect to the constantly developing statutory interpretations of the New York State Labor Law.
